A technician will pressurize system, & run through zones checking for visual leaks and sprinkler adjustments. Price Does Not Include any repairs.

Backflow Test includes Certified Backflow Test & all paperwork. It does not include any repair or replacement parts. Additional labor or parts will be an additional charge.

Pressure testing for leaks on mainline, checking sprinkler adjustments and coverage, Adjusting controller settings for the St. Louis heat. Inspections will be scheduled for late July to mid August, 12 zones max applies, does not include repairs or parts if needed.

A technician will blow out all pipes with 5hp air compressor, if larger compressor is needed (due to size of system) there will be an additional fee. If any repairs are needed to complete winterization there will be an additional charge.
